“Iran‘s hard-line President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad called the official version of the Sept. 11 attacks a “big lie””.
Really? And they allow this guy out in public?
Shouldn’t a next of kin be caring for him while he’s in a nice room that smells of disinfectant and has walls that are nicely padded to keep him from hurting himself?
We could get him a nice hospital gown with swastikas on it and some bunny slippers.
I’m not sure what bothers me more here, the fact that Iran’s president is such a big bucket of crazy and allowed to command armies, or the fact that if you read the comments in the article, you see that he attracts the similarly insane.
Like light to flies.
Ok, I get that loads of people are upset that we are allied with Israel. I get that loads of people are upset that we aren’t BIGGER allies with Israel. Hell, you cant please everybody. I can even understand why so many people blame America for every ill in the universe. But this is just ridiculous.
Lets get this right out in the open.
The US Government did NOT blow up the twin towers as an excuse to wage war against Iraq. Sure, it makes for a great movie plot, and it allows the conspiracy theorists to weave webs showing deception, back room deals, and sinister all-powerful groups of men intent on ruling the world. I, however, live in the real world. And in the real world, this crap just isn’t plausible. Sure, I’ll grant that some strange things happened in and around 9/11…but government conspiracies and cover-ups? Not likely.
This isn’t Hollywood, people. Our government couldn’t keep a blowjob from an intern secret…do you really believe they could kill thousands of civilian American citizens, destroy valuable Manhattan real estate, several commercial jet liners and start a war and NO ONE would talk? Really? It defies logic. Imagine the logistics of it, the number of people who would have to be involved at every level, the amount of planning, the precision nature of the exercise…and you’re giving this amount of coordination and intelligence to the same administration that couldn’t keep things quiet when the VP shot a guy in the face?
Many people feel that when you shine the light of truth on things, then the secrets are revealed. But we don’t need the light of truth if I have the light of logic. Sure, the United States is the greatest and most powerful nation on the planet, and I love it dearly. But, what makes us great is the humans that we are comprised of. And being humans, we just don’t have the wherewithal to pull off something on this scale.
If we had, believe me, someone, somewhere would be shopping the story to a movie producer and looking to get rich by now.
And Ahmadinejad? He’s nuttier than a shit house rat.
